When you place your records in storage in our professional records center, we will:

Schedule a convenient time to pick up cartons of records at your place of business. Deliver cartons to our secure facility. Barcode label and index all files and cartons. Create an online inventory detailing your entire list of files and cartons. Stack cartons on custom built shelving units.

Record Preservation & Management will work with you to develop a plan of action that best fits the requirements of your office. We can handle all of the preparation of your boxes including packing, repacking, barcode labeling, indexing of individual files and cartons, and all transportation and handling. Or, if you prefer, we can assist your staff in any of these steps.
