outdated, sensitive information and materials is to destroy them thoroughly and confidentially.

Upon receiving your signed, written authorization, the designated records are destroyed using environmentally safe methods and procedures. We control the entire process, from collection of documents and materials, through shredding or pulverizing and then recycling whenever possible. When we're through, your information is totally unrecognizable and unusable.

Once completed, RPM will send you a Certificate of Destruction confirming that your request has
been fulfilled.
