Our facility is a modern, steel and concrete structure that has been maintained in new condition. Your records will be stored in a completely secured environment, one that is fully supervised and protected by ADT Security Systems. Additionally, access to secured areas is controlled by
means of a keypad entry system, and the facility is fully fire protected by fire doors and a comprehensive sprinkler system.

The building also conforms to the "Uniform Building Code", the "Uniform Fire Code" and all
current seismic standards.

Inside the facility, your records are stored in durable custom-designed file boxes, built to the highest industry standards. In turn, those boxes are stored in a stack system within our
steel-shelving units, where access to each container and each file is just minutes away. We also maintain a separate clean, climate-controlled room for all your sensitive film, digital and
magnetic records.




Only YOU - and your designees -- can access your records, and only after we have verified your identity (by means of prior written authorization and a pre-assigned code).

All our employees are carefully screened (we conduct thorough background checks, plus all RPM employees are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement) and we use only our own uniformed personnel to handle all customer requests and services.
